Letter of Suggestions

Board Chairman of ABAT Group Mr. Fu Zhiguo is very angry with the ones who do the baleful attack, rumor and short sell. So Mr. Fu present A Letter of Suggestions to the board of directors as follow:
1, Privatize the company
2. Work out the privatization plan and stock acquisition plan as soon as possible.
3, Found the special acquisition committee to assess the Letter of Suggestions. And found a professional acquisition team to execute the company privatization.
4. The shareholders should get retribution though the company privatization.

Heard ABAT's SAT Filings don't match...this is pretty well known to China Focused Funds.
