Relax a shelf is not the same as a true dilution filing...it means they can issues shares at any point but doesn't mean they will or have to issue up to $150 million. Biotechs with ample cash file shelfs frequently as this has a phase 2 and phase 3 drug that if approved has significant value. At that point some shares may be issued to fund marketing and sales. Just watch the share count each quarter to see how much if any they are issuing.

everyone that follows ANX knows this it has bottomed at .58 and now we wait for the phase 3 news at the conference or before

The Company has since had additional interaction with the FDA, as well as with key opinion leaders in sickle cell disease, and continue to develop the trial design. Although additional work is necessary to finalize the protocol and primary endpoint, currently, ADVENTRX plans to initiate a phase 3 study of ANX-188 in patients with sickle cell disease in 2012.
In addition, the Company plans to conduct a number of smaller-scale clinical studies to further assess the efficacy, safety and tolerability of ANX-188, including a pilot phase 2 study in patients with sickle cell disease. ADVENTRX expects these studies to overlap the planned phase 3 study and provide supportive safety and efficacy data.

everyone that follows ANX also knows that this stock has a hard time breaking .74. It tried a few times and always fell back to .58. If no news this ride could be a short ride.
