banks are unsure of the capital requirements coming from Dodd-Frank, thus they are hording capital

all of a sudden in so cal almost impossible to get loans, last month or so from what im hearing, u can have 500k in bank and STILL lukcy to get 200k loan

LOT of home sales are fallin out of escrow because takin so long to get approval
