Forum: FINANCIAL BULL 3X - Msg #3356Thread #673950952 (Rec: 1)
picked up some bac calls ....I think your theory is valid......1)large chunk of new money will and must be spent on rehab ....2)...huge percent of population can not pay off a $400 repair bill according to stats that I have been reading for months....3) money will come from two places....ie government deficit spending ...or expansion of credit to individuals....as we know when a bank creates a new loan a credit entry is made and new money is created ....a relative small percentage of money spent on rehab will come out of pocket from savings ...simply because most people have none

lower end victims don't have flood insurance and won't get checks... their couch will be put on plastic and take years to pay off... flood waters I saw were mostly poor
