Converting preferred stock to common, the shares don't have to be TRADED to be dilutive. People shorting this because of that conversion are doing so because they understand that the value of the common just got halved with that transaction. It has zero to do with 'securities laws'. lol. You guys crack me up.
The other expression I find humor in is 'the big boys". Who ever started using the term 'algos'..now THAT is accurate. But this 'big boys' notion is laughable.
