Must be expecting a big bang the second half of this year, if you break down the numbers

450 megawatts ...1st qtr actual
400 megawatts ...2nd qtr (projected)
----------------------
850 megawatts production for 1st half

2200 megawatts projected for full year
850 megawatts 1st half production
-----------------------
1350 megawatts projected production for 2nd half of year

1350/2qtrs = 675 megawatts production per qtr for the 2nd half of year.
