|This is off the company website from the ceo to the shareholders/ Reasons for MRNA to be a BUY: |
What i also see is a double being put in depending how u prefer to interpret the charts...but at least a double bottom is in with Oct. 14th's 0.11 intra day and Nov. 16ths 0.12 intra day...
If u like to go by actual closing price then u have a triple bottom with the Nov. 16, 17 and 25 all closing at just abt 0.13...and the lowest closing price of the year has been 0.13; 0.11 was the intra day low on Oct. 14th.
My opinion: This company has a lot of work to do to reach its potential. They are working with some cutting edge science and if successful could really impact the health and wealth being of large number of people, not to mention MRNAs bottom line. The potential is definitely there.
Reverse split: Yes its a very good possibility imo. Is it possible the company will try to lift the share price by some other means? theres a chance. They have until January 31st, 2012. Even if the RS does occur, i just dont see that much more downside after the beating this stock has taken.
The numbers tell the story the last few days. Volume has been picking up and there is definitely buying interest. The stock has absorbed some recent moderate selling pressure. U have to consider how many more sellers are left and how many short sellers would be willing to participate at these levels? Last i checked short interest was 11% of float...Also the moves have been controlled and the stock is respecting support/resistance levels and the moves have been somewhat controlled, not irrational.
Looking at the charts its obvious that a large % of the shares purchased in the last 2 months are still being held for the most part with limited seeling off.
Its very possible with a few more good news releases or PRs we could see substantial movement, especially if we can break .21 on some strong volume...
**More Info regarding R/S: MRNA is on GLOBAL market, they will apply to the CAPITAL MARKET imo, most all GLOBAL Nasdaq stocks move to the Cpaital mkt THEN a year later get delisted so MRNA has lots time imo***
For these reasons im still holding but im cautious and will cut my position in half if tomorrow the selling continues and break on big vol,,,
