Re: KC, wanted to see what your opinion is on what management is doing with all t...sells are never looked upon as good - hard to say - I see they were both given 200k which I assume was incentive program, so of course you are taking the $ on something given to you for nothing. To keep going? Hard to say - were there specific terms to the options or were they freely traded? If they could have held on, I guess yeah, I'd question why so much.

Tough call - annoying thou - i picked up more on the 5 break in my RRSP but they aren't exactly building the bank!

DISCLAIMER What I post is an opinion only, by no means a professional opinion! I choose to put an emphasis on fundamentals, and even if something screams a buy, I've learned that the stock may not move just because the fundamentals say it's undervalued. If I post about a stock, it doesn't necessarily mean I hold shares - I often like to just discuss plays for the sake of conversation. This is a forum of discussion...for ideas - do you own DD and take responsibility for own trades.

KC, wanted to see what your opinion is on what management is doing with all the market sells the past 2 weeks. Salaman and Lampert have been on point moving the business forward with steady growth and has shown in the past to be pretty shareholder friendly. However, their recent activity seems odd. The last 2 weeks they have sold 456K (228K shares each) shares on the open market (about 20% of their total shares). That's a lot considering the average daily vol of the ticker. Without their constant dumping the share price would easily be in the upper $5's to $6 considering what would be the breakout nature of the chart. Their selling was pre-arranged and it makes sense to cash in some of the shares they got as compensation for meeting business goals. But it seems they are going overboard. I don't think it has anything to do with them being bearish on the business, but it does seem like there's more to it than just selling to get cash for themselves particularly when everyone can see that they could sell at much higher prices. Do you have a feel for what they may be up to?
