The company has a good potential based on what I read in the article on their web-site (billthebutcher.us) cause the farms benefit because BILB offers a venue beyond the farmers market and exposure to new customers. The competition deals with large processors and ranchers and simply do not have the interest or time to cultivate these unique relationships.
