True, if they announce it as the pick on March 1st, there will be a lot of sellers into the spike, but on the other hand if they don't release it as the pick their reputation will be on the line and they will some credibility on whatever they try to push next. I think a delayed announcement of the pick would be the route to take. They keep their street cred and create another opportunity to load up. Whatever happens, March 1st will be interesting for sure!

Personally, I give it 10% odds of being next at this point...they'd look really stupid (more so), and they know too many would be in waiting for the spike to dump on. At this point, if it was a genuine mistake, a smart promoter is still best served to get a replacement. If it was intentional, I don't really see what the point would be to pull that stunt and still release it on the 1st (or whenever)...I'd of thought bait and switch proved successful by BDPS was the way to go.
But my mind thinks logically, most promoters don't! lol
