Here is how to find what metric the Private Equity firms might use to value it. If using the same metrics that Talbots buyout offer taking into acount TLB huge debt and market cap they are being offered a market cap buyout price about at about 30% of sales. That would value CWTR at $2.20 area. Down here is a absolute steal I believe. I think CEO Dennis Pence would want a decent offer. But he is old enough he may want to walk away from his baby and sell the company. The risk/reward is excellent at this price to own the stock

LOL, I take that as a complement that we don't see eye to eye. StockMania, you never can see the bigger picture. Operating losses are decreasing, especially since Pence took over. Nobody can turn it around in 1 quarter. He is doing right. Unprofitable companies get bought all the time. That is what many value Private equity firms seek because the reward is bigger once profitable again. Thank you for copying and pasting Yahoo. But I already have all those numbers in my head. I don't need to copy and paste them. I take everything into account. Look at the Talbots deal and look at the metrics, then come back and recommend my post once you see I used their metrics to arrive at $2.20 or 30% of sales. Go look at Talbots statements , and hurry back.

They both seem confident enough that Dennis had been adding and nobody has sold. Make no mistake Dennis Pence had very good timing tops and bottoms. He sold hundred of Millions of Dollars in stock at the peak near $30. He bought back shares in October so I see that as smart.
