interesting whats happening here, talked about this some time ago, resource co's, miners etc BHP NEM FCX RDS CVX XOM...many list assets that in that they claim ownership that exist in countries who may at some point say different... if the mine was leased or sold by a corrupt dictator or govt that is no longer valid.. what is the status of the asset?
