re: your LQMT assessment written at the base of your post, I agree that the tech is quite compelling - not to mention much cheaper here in the .08 - .09 area :-)

IKNX earnings---why net income doubled---what to exp next

Ikonics IKNX posted earnings doubling net income for the same q last year

in the earnings release the CEO briefly mentions new business with Boeing and Airbus

"In addition to ongoing business related to the Boeing 747-8, we have received a blanket order associated with the Airbus A350, which we expect to grow as the A350 is placed into production. We also have orders beginning early in 2013 for acoustic liners from a major jet engine manufacturer; I anticipate that this product line will grow during the year," he said

IKNX has a patented technology called DTX.....which stands for digital texturing---in essence it is a specialty type of 3d printing in that they use a printer called the DTXjet, developed in partnership with ITW. digital texturing creates 3d surfaces on objects..
SSYS/OBjet's Polyjet printer --for example--- is also another printer that focuses on digital texturing as a specialty subtype of 3d printing.

The CEO did not say but I believe IKNX is both micromachining and printing aircraft parts for Boeing and Airbus.

In my view its inevitable that IKNX and it specialty printing technology will be discovered by the market as understanding of the depth and range of 3d print expands among traders and investors.

When that happens today new 52 week high at less than 20m cap will seem small---perhaps very small.
I encourage anyone interested to look into IKNX's tech---here's a good starting point---some info on its rapid prototyping and DTX businesses

As a practical matter---i expect next q to be much larger vs a comp of -.03 but that a few months out yet

Bonus SPEC Liquidmetal LQMT on the pinks---after reading the various new reports on apples work on an iwatch and some of the characteristics---i was struck by how closely liquidmetals product dovetails with some descriptions---yes i know the betting is that Cornings gorilla glass is the key component.
In my view---at the very least---LQMT will be raised as the possible metallic glass being used---and the stock will move on that expectation----if it turns out to be the substance a possible hr
