Re Patrick Soon-Shiong Forbes Story

I would like to add.. could the NEOM patent for the bar code invention be used to send patient information through a secure medical network.. Patrick Soon-Shiong wants to develop such a network in the USA. Maybe this is why he is buying shares in NEOM to eventualy use the capabilities for Health care private patient information networks? Just speculation on my part.. but what do others think about this? Comments welcome please.
Could this type of bar code be used to send and store private health care patients medical history to secure data base health networks?

Once again only my speculated theory because the Forbes story does mention he wants to set up a medical network between doctors and patients across the entire USA. What will he use for a delivery system? NEOM technology.. does it have merit in this application?
