I purchased 42,000 shares of JED Oil Inc aka JEDOF that has now been delisted. there is a citation which is 7 pages long and I do not understand it. I just want to dump my worthless shares somehow or find the person that is handling there investor relations to get answers. The company dissolved and is operating under a different name but I believe if I understand this correctly that the a court has obligated them to pay off there common share holders. if anyone knows about this matter or can help me and point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
