Simple Math!
Newbie here trying to make some sense of it...


If i buy one stock at $10.00 and sell it at $11.00, thats a 10% increase, yes?

If i but another stock $10.00 and sell it at $12.00 thats a 20% increase, yes?


So together is that a 30% increase in value?

is that the same as saying, i made a 30% return on the initial investment?
