|The real tragedy of Trump being President,,,|
This morning I did my usual routine of quickly scanning several online
news websites (even CNN) to see if we've started a war with someone
and to check the headlines.
What stood out was,
Madonna singing a song & changing the lyrics & mentioning assassination,
What a tragedy it will be for the country & supreme court after Ginsberg dies,
Biden posses hypothetical question about Obama being assassinated,
Palestinian president says millions of fighters will storm Jerusalem,
NK launches another missile,
Antifa disrupts downtown Portland,
Just about every headline to every article was negative, especially articles
that mentioned Trump or pertained to Trump.
And sure, Trump has contributed to the ticking time bomb of disruption in this
country but he's far from being the main contributor.
And we the people have fallen into the trap of allowing the actions & words of
others to dictate how we react & treat others.
We are constantly surrounded 24/7 by endless negativity,,,,
And as a population we've put too much stock into that telling us how to live
our lives. Will that change when someone else becomes president in 2020?
It might for a while,,,the press will report that a different president is the best
thing since sliced bread,,,but the underlying issues will still be present.
You either conform & accept things that you don't agree with or you'll be
viewed as the enemy. That will continue no matter who is President.
We all have the ability to make our own decisions in life. Yet, we continue to allow
others make those decisions for us.
