|Re: Seems odd that many stand up for Freedom of Speech,|
Google, YouTube, Facebook are companies not gov't.
They have the right to ban them if he breaks the rules. He broke their rules in the terms and conditions that nobody reads. I'm surprised he lasted this long.
It's like letting someone stay in your house as long as they conduct themselves accordingly. If they are messy, cause trouble with the roommates, don't pay their bills, etc then the owner of the house can kick them out.
Alex Jones still has freedom of speech. He can keep creating videos and writing articles for his website and people can listen to him if they want to. Just not in a house that he doesn't own.
You must not understand the internet.

Seems odd that many stand up for Freedom of Speech,
as long as it applies to their views & opinions but
think it's ok to ban others who they disagree with.
I'm not a fan of Alex Jones or his InfoWars bs but
getting banned from Google, YouTube & Facebook is
clearly political,,,and hopefully it will backfire.
And now you have the mayor of West Hollywood conducting
a special vote to permanently remove Trump's star on the walk
of fame. So much for the tolerant left stuff.
Wonder if they'll remove Bill Cosby's star?
Everyone is concerned about the country being divided & this
right here just adds to it.
