|SOME THOUGHTS ON VATE ......CBD Coffee & Tea.|
Medico currently seems very focused on getting off the pink sheets and moving to the QB
QB uplisting is a huge plus because it is a differentiator in the Hemp & CBD sector, where most stocks are trading on the pinks
A QB listing represents transparency and openness, and should provide better access to financing in order to grow the business — increasing inventory requires money and is necessary for national distribution of VATE’s products
Being listed on the QB also opens up VATE to a much larger number of investors — many brokers don’t allow pink sheets stocks to be purchased
Differentiators are very key in the cannabis sector, especially when trading in a subsector that is likely to be growing over the next few weeks and months, as more stocks jump on the beverage bandwagon — and QB is certainly a big one
Another key differentiator is VATE’s current line of products — Coffee is America’s most popular beverage and Hemp-infused Coffee and Hemp-infused Tea are a pretty new category that is only going to grow larger over time — Cold Brew Hemp & CBD Coffee and Tea in Cans has serious potential to be a blockbuster line of products — VATE is therefore a unique stock, a monopoly stock — there are a growing number of stocks selling clear beverages, but VATE remains the only real Hemp & CBD Coffee & Tea stock with both online and offline sales — any debate about VATE’s monopoly status is put to bed by their upcoming line of Cold Brew Hemp-infused CBD Coffee and Tea in Cans
Elev8 Hemp Coffee & Tea are both best-sellers in their respective categories on Amazon and are also “Amazon’s Choice” products — this should give Medico a big leg up in terms of penetrating national retail chains, which is another reason for the QB listing — that adds legitimacy to VATE as a company trading on the OTC
Through their connections with Lucky’s Market and Amazon, VATE has a door into Kroger and Whole Foods — these are great retail connections to have, especially when one’s goal is national distribution
Medico has smartly decided to expand his own line of retail stores called One Utopia — this serves to cut out the middleman and increase profits on every item that VATE makes — Elev8 Hemp Coffee & Tea in Bags, Elev8 Hemp & CBD Cold Brew Coffee & Tea in Cans, Zoe CBD Oil products and Elev8 Hemp Full Spectrum Oil products — it is always nice to have a home base of operations, where the marketing and advertising of one’s products can be completely controlled, and One Utopia will serve that purpose well — So One Utopia is great for Elev8 Hemp’s branding strategy as well
The 3 additional One Utopia stores (4 in total) will also generate significant revenue growth in Q4, when I anticipate we will see a big ramp in revenues
One of the things I like about Medico is that he understands the value of partnering
The O2 Breathe acquisition was a key move to aid in revenue generation as a startup business while also giving VATE a place to showcase its own products and find out what the market likes
The more recent partnership with Blessed Bean Coffee is going to pay huge dividends when the line of Cold Brew Hemp & CBD Coffee and Tea in Cans is rolled out — Blessed Bean has the know-how and expertise that comes with being in the coffee brewing business — it’s one thing to add hemp protein powder to coffee; it’s entirely different when the cold brewing process is involved, CBD is added into the mix, and the final product is canned
