Re: VFF....link...emerald health files shelf perspectus - no, just mentioning...actually, that looks like compensation plan....wonder why they report the price if they are issuing to give to employees & assume no cash is received? Don't ever recall seeing a setup like that? Or just haven't noticed? Anyone understand these better.
