2. Assets: $1.54 billion, debts: $1.42 billion; Its net values are $112 million

3. It has extremely low S/O: just 19 m. all S/O have been changed hands between $0.3-$0.7 (Apr 2 - May 14);

4. Its common stock might NOT be cancelled, as the company stated: "However, it is early in our process and we cannot say for certain whether Pinnacle’s common stock will be cancelled."

5. Pinnacle has 8,000 total employees including 2,860 pilots.
