you keep pulling all this from the March 14 SA short seller fraud piece which was withdrawn two weeks later....we've been through this already....I've given my buy side DD on this and am now waiting for the ER, so again good luck with your short position

There are many red flags.

One is EDS paid 330k per mile of land when the company selling the land stated the land was only 80k a mile and you can confirm that yourself. That's a sign of cooking the books - making expenditures so the auditors can be appeased when money is missing from the bank.

The interest they make off their cash is not nearly where it should be if they had the amount of cash they claim.

A 5% divvy wouldn't even come close to hurting them yet they won't do it.

THEY RECENTLY FIRED THEIR AUDITORS AND DIDN'T DISCLOSE WHO THEIR NEW AUDITOR IS.
