I think you will find he probably still holds most if not all and is looking for quite a bit higher. The issue is, and he acknowledges it, that traders will use his pumps and his chatroom to take on short positions on each spike and drag it back down (no different than what people have been doing on him for years)...the route he has taken joining forces with timmmyyyyyyy means alot more forced transparency though and I think you will find he hasn't been dumping on these pumps once his sells are posted.
Just remember how many posts he had on ROSG, yet he held through most of those ups and downs and banked over $300k....I'm sure everyone figured he was just dumping all along there as well.
