Thanks Mysher, but I think I made a mistake. There are still "indirect" shares that he still owns in a trust or something. Sounds fishy to me, like a way to evade taxes or something, but nonetheless, upon doing furhter DD it seems he still owns over a million shares. I still think it can work as a short if we hit this market correction given the 80 plus PE and possible competition issues, but I dont have as much conviction now as when I thought the CEO had sold all his shares.
