OK, sure enough, zero shares as of selling today.
Nice DD, feel ALL THE MORE SECURE about having shorted today. Get out at the top like the CEO = smart move. He apparently saw the great market crash of 2011 coming too. Give the guy some credit, he is like Mark Cuban, selling all he has at the EXACT TOP.

There are still "indirect" shares that he still owns in a trust or something. Sounds fishy to me, like a way to evade taxes or something, but nonetheless, upon doing furhter DD it seems he still owns over a million shares. I still think it can work as a short if we hit this market correction given the 80 plus PE and possible competition issues, but I dont have as much conviction now as when I thought the CEO had sold all his shares.
