We're at the bottom... no one realizes it yet. I know a LOT of realtors here in Portland, and nearly all of them say this is the bottom. They're actually getting bidding wars on many houses again. Last house I bought, there were five bids stacked up behind me... and four of them (including mine) were ALL cash, full-price offers.
Another 20% down? Don't bet on it.
I have no idea what I'm doing.

I'm not happy with the prediction frankly, its going to continue to create negative wealth, a lack of mobility in the work force, and ruin retirement possibilities for many.
