Re: I think card volumes have been down for them recently, but there is going to be a big EMV card replacement cycle starting next year.

Second half of this year should be better than the first, and 2018 is looking good for them.

It's pretty much an annuity business since credit cards have to be replaced every so often. I think they're doing some cost cutting to get their break even lower.

Only negative is the debt, but it's not due until 2022 and there's no leverage ratios on it.

My guess is private equity eventually takes this company out. Goldman Sachs IPO'd this just a couple years ago for like $12 a share.
