I'll get a date with Jennifer Aniston or when I'll win the lottery?

Doesn't look good for Assad, and will look equally bad for Russia as they will most likely back down. Sunni Islam, most Arab countries, Israel, Western Europe, the UN, Turkey and the US are all on the same page about Assad. They all believe he is behind the Chemical weapons attack and that is a pretty big consensus. Its just too much for Russia/Syria to try and face head on.

Re: Maybe there is some confirmation bias involved. Investigations do tend suffer from this when gathering evidence....meaning they will throw out evidence that could lead to exoneration as opposed to evidence that would lead to implication of someone they are initially against and moreso someone who has a certain reputation. There is a likelihood that Assad did use gas in 2013 during the Obama Administration, as that was heavily investigated and confirmed by most of the international community, not just Zionist allies. Russia even agreed upon a deal that would reduce Syria's chemical weapons. After that, though, it is possible that subsequent attacks were carried out by ISIS knowing that Assad's previous actions using chemical weapons would parlay into future investigations having a certain amount of confirmation bias implicating him, no matter if he did it or not. Remember, ISIS did not go to Syria help the opposition. ISIS declared a worldwide caliphate and was going destroy everyone who didn't bow down to their brand of Islam(Sharia Law). They are just as much against Assad as they are against the Syrian people and have targeted and killed lots of civilians in Syria without flinching an eye

One thing is for sure, there hasn't been as strong of an investigation of ISIS's involvement in these chemical weapons attack as there has been an investigation of Assad's involvement.

Re: Also I want to add that Israel/US relationship is cold war based. Western Europe is much more allied with Israel than the U.S. is. I think France was the country screwed up the Palestine/Israel/Arab right to self determination. After WWII, we pretty much left Israel alone. That was of course, until the Arabs in Palestine sought help from "communist" Russia in retaliation against Israel getting help from France. That was the catalyst that got us involved in Israel and led to this never ending upheaval in the Middle East. US gets this reputation as gung-ho pro Zion, which is unfair to our sense of sovereignty

....in regard to both of the chemical attacks I think it is important to ask qui bono....especially considering the timing of such attacks.....the first occurred just days after the administration declared that they would aquiese to allowing assad to remain in power.....the second within days of trump saying in effect not our problem, we are leaving soon.......the timing suggests strongly that whomever was responsible for the attacks was not under direct control of assad.....could have been one of many factions in the area......their sympathies could have been pro assad or possiblly anti assad forces engaging in a false flag action...we certainly will not know without any certainty without an investigation which we seem not eager to engage in
