very very very simple scanner setup

this is just an example, but for those interested in technicals that havent looked into the details etc ..
try this one.

stockfetcher.com

show stocks where
MACD Histogram(12,26,9) is below 0
MACD Slow Line(12,26,9) is above 0
Stochastic %K(15,5,3) is below 25
market is not OTC

again this isnt a serious scanner, but just look at the setup and dig into the separate indicators.
why is the macd there
why the stochastics and why use the %k and %d separately etc etc.

Im havent been trading for a long time, but cant stress that enough, but by really digging into the formulas I have learned alot.

there are much better setups, got a few that yield very interesting results. All I can say is that just running a scanner is BS if you dont know what you are looking for.

again this is not a realistic scanner, but just to illustrate what kind of results you can get from just a few simple lines of code

as an example im getting these results with this scanner:
DSCO KERX GNBT etc etc.
