all of a sudden in so cal almost impossible to get loans, last month or so from what im hearing, u can have 500k in bank and STILL lukcy to get 200k loan

LOT of home sales are fallin out of escrow because takin so long to get approval

talked to a guy that works at a big pe firm today. he was having a problem getting a loan on a house, nothing major just a small place and he has plenty to put down too. he said they made him jump thru a ton of hurdles and in they end they were complaining about the large deposit to his bank account that was his bonus. seriously!
