Re: They are only offering shares to existing shareholders.

You won't get diluted unless you don't participate in the offering (which is why the offering is backstopped by the underwriter). It's a confusing way to do it, but it's best for shareholders. I don't think a lot of people understand this.

Float doubles with this deal. Stock will fall sub .50. Eventually itll bounce.
