I can't believe some courts actually upheld the rights of possible employers to have access to applicants Facebook pages. Total invasion of privacy. Drug tests? Ok, safety issues there but checking personal conversations? Hell no! If you were hired and used a companies computer or phone to access your account then their IT department has all the rights to see what you are doing on their equipment. Good grief! Where are we heading?
