Re: Oh, please. However, if you do download the birth certificate there are multiple layers and it's not like what you get in OCR scanning (download it and see for yourself). Furthermore, that woman from the Hawaiian health department who was in charge of the vital records did say prior to the release that she had personally seen it herself and that it was partly hand written. What was produced was not partially hand-written.
So my take on it is that Obama was born in Hawaii but there wasn't sufficient documentation that the public would find acceptable so someone in Hawaii added what was missing to the birth certificate using Adobe Illustrator.
It's too preposterous to suppose that his wife was in Kenya, had a baby, wisked him away to Hawaii, dumped him off with her parents, then flew to Seattle to enroll in the university there all in a matter of a couple of weeks.

Oh, please. He has indeed produced it; you just don't like what it says, so you're pretending it's not real.
Further, there's no constitutional definition of "natural born citizen," but the one most commonly accepted in case law is simply this: born in the country in question, period. The only exception seems to be cases where the child is born to either a diplomat or a member of an occupying army. If he was born in Hawaii -- which no serious person truly doubts -- he's a natural born citizen.
