Most people wont invest the time to read the entire motion for summary judgement. they will rely on others to do the 'work' for them. anyone who reads it, will understand exactly what happened, how they were seized, and why it was illegal and capricious. This hasnt even begun yet. there will be some written articles following today or tomorrow.
