i know who you are......you are entitled to your opinion but i frankly dont care about your analysis.............read the last PR and who these people are that invested.........i think they are much smarter than you based on your shortsighted analysis

i am in AXK at $2.41 and it hit $3 so far #SUPER #WINNING

Nice call I was just looking the company over have a few concerns

Book Value Per Share (mrq): 0.39 Yet the stock closed today at 3$

So i got to looking at the earnings,,,

Income Statement
Revenue (ttm): 551.57K Little revenues
Revenue Per Share (ttm): 0.05
Qtrly Revenue Growth (yoy): -97.30%
Gross Profit (ttm): 1.12M
EBITDA (ttm)6: -927.63K
Net Income Avl to Common (ttm): -1.17M Loss is twice what the company brings in revenues...
Diluted EPS (ttm): -0.11

Pkus ontop of that the company is diluting share holders and selling shares at 1.04$ a share while you guys are paying 3 bucks in the open market for those same shares

Terms include purchase of 14 million shares of Accelr8‘s common stock at $1.03 per share for an initial investment of $14.42 million. The investors also will be issued a total of 7 million warrants with an exercise price at $1.03, and 7 million warrants with an exercise price at $2.00. The parties anticipate closing on or before July 1, 2012, subject to obtaining shareholder approval on the transaction.
