Actually as I recall it was one person that was steadfast in the comment about CEO not risking jail and it was a done deal.

The HUGE red flag was it was an offer that was non binding. Same thing as a MOU- worthless until filled. I posted that it immediately raise his credit. Also the company was authorized to sell X number of shares. Regardless of what someone posted here that has NO knowledge of business or legal contracts there is no possibility of anyone serving time or being charged.

Edit: I was in it as a momo play but got stopped out.
