It was probably on restricted trading as it transitioned to the pinks - which can be notoriously hard to exit a position from the pinks anyway - it is up to the mm's and their hidden bid/ask --
a lot of times they will skip right past your bid or ask

Since you were on the phone with your broker at specific times and price - your broker may be able to make the mm accept your previous sell order - I would hound them about it.

Apparently a lot of people couldn't exit until it hit around .30

Question for the Board. So I was stuck in TBET and when it opened today I tried to sell it through Ameritrade in the $.80 range. When I placed the order it did not go through because it was too far below the bid. Their bid and ask was wrong and they have some type of system in place preventing you from selling too far below the bid. So I could not make any trades for this security online and was forced to call them. When I was able to call them the price had dropped significantly. I put in a sell at what he said was the bid and it did not go through. I tried to change it but was unsuccessful and because i have a full time job I cannot continue to call them to change the order. Eventually I spent an hour on the phone with them watching it go down putting orders in way below the bid and having none of them going through until eventually it went through at $.30 (it was at $.55 when I started on the phone with him), Do I have any ground to stand on here for some relief? Their system failure, which did not happen at Schwab, I got out at $.8 early this morning, caused me major financial hardship but they said I had multiple opportunities to get out. Thoughts? Or am I screwed? Their system completely failed me but are they liable for that?
