Thanks for the help guys but I'm not really referring to the fact that I couldn't get out more to the fact that Ameritrade's system failed. It would not allow me to place my own sell orders because they had the bid / ask wrong and my sells were too far below their wrong bid price so I had to deal with making a phone call to the broker anytime I wanted to try and make a trade which is just not realistic with a full time job and meetings all day. Besides the fact the time it took to make those calls the price dropped significantly. Their system error was the problem, I was able to get out in the morning with my Schwab account.
