Re: my 35k estate

LOL nice to see they kept it original. Parents bought their present house in 1967 for 19K. Today is worth 2.8 mill. Who knew the neighborhood would become yuppie-fied. My house bought in 1975 for 50K- parents thought I was nutz. In 1980 bought the house next door for 150K and moved the building to the center of property and complete reno- parents thought I was ready to be institutionalized. Today the only double lot property in the area - 180' X 100' deep. Prolly the most desirable area in the city. In the center of the city but unknown to amny as there's only 1 road that runs through. Realtors calling all the time with offers. Won't sell for less than ??
