being manipulated. large blocks appear at .17, dissapear, re-appear .16 get taken out, another appears at .165

somoene is trying to induce selling to accumulate cheap shares by placing large blocks on the ask. we saw this late last week and they were slowly taken out to remain at .19 this tells me that its manipulation. read the motion for summary judgement and you'll know why someone is doing all they can to accumulate.
