They did not lose $40M per quarter, a lot of that is goodwill writeoff, they are projected to be in the black next year.

Lion suggest you compare these 2 to see how dire the enrollment declines in CECO have become.
Also- they did NOT buyback anyshares last Q and most likely wont for forseeable future.
They wasted a ton on buyback at $9 and above. They are losing 40++ million in cash per q and enrollment declines expected to CONTINUE per CEO.
This is the definition of a dying/dead business.
S&P target 2.5 and below as cash declines.
