Goodwill chargeoff. Always worthless when pricing a value stock. Really pitiful the way they take so long to write off goodwill. Only $55 Million more to go in the coming quarters. Then it may be a buy...if they are still within their debt covenants that is.
I have no position but the quarter didnt seem too bad.If the kitchen sinked all that $80 Mill goodwill it could have maybe put in a safe floor.
