ATPG has bondholders AND Preferred shareholders both senior to your common. This one has nothing for common shareholders to salvage. Of course, you could buy enough shares you could ask the judge after the filing to approve a Ad-hoc committee for equity holders the same way bondholders have their committee. The judge must approve and still their is no guarantee the equity will come out with anything after restructuring.
