I see a lot of people use message boards to pump their holdings.  It's pretty sad.

When I post about a stock on message board, I usually post it because I want to share my ideas with others, and if I'm wrong I'll be happy to know if you can point it out to me.  I don't post on a stock just to pump it, so I can get out.  Some of my stocks are short term, some are long term, but there is always plenty of time to get in after doing your own DD. 

I find it funny when people are saying they are in the stock for a long term, yet post about it every day, and comment on every intraday high or low.  If you are in for a long term, you shouldn't care about intraday movements. 

To all that are looking for quick gains, please realize this is not a game.  There is no easy money.  Stock picking is a hard work, which gets easier only with experience.
